You’re just responsible for uploading photos and requesting reviews. You can have as much control as possible over ARIA, such as approving posts, FAQ content, video creation, and more. It's really up to you. The Fully Managed plan includes our team doing all of that for you & more.

Not at all. If you can send an email with your review link t or drag and drop a photo, you’re good. ARIA handles the strategy, content prompts, ranking suggestions, and ongoing optimization in the background. We also provide simple onboarding and a support contact if you need help.
